DescriptionDevelop and implement shopper marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability
Work closely with the Sales/Marketing departments to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives
Lead the customer insight and analysis to understand consumer behaviour/trends
Manage all touch-points, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer journey
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute in-store activities
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge


ProfileA successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within Consumer Goods
Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret consumer data
Excellent leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team
A creative mindset to develop innovative shopper marketing strategies
