We are seeking a dedicated NAM - Distribution to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company revenue in the retail industry.

Description
The successful NAM - Distributor would:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned accounts.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Report on sales results to senior management.
Profile
A successful NAM - Distribution should have:
- Proven work experience as a National sales manager or NAM working with Distribution Accounts.
- Able to commute to the office in the South East + have flexibility - usual meetings are Monday and Friday, but candidate must be happy to travel to office/visit customers.
- Experience working in a high-performance sales team.
- Full P&L responsibility.
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements.
- In-depth understanding of the retail industry and its changing trends.
