The Head of Commercial is looking to appoint a National Account star who will be given the freedom to take on major account responsibility across a range of market leading Quick Service Retail Accounts, with full P&L visibility and accountability. Depending on your level of experience, ongoing support and training can be provided to aid personal growth and development.
You will manage all key activities including customer communications, NPD, financial analysis and planning, CPI negotiation and managing all new and retention business tenders – exciting stuff with lots to do and… you’ll get full support to grow into this high profile and important NAM position.
Having worked in the food industry you have developed your sales career up into account management and currently work in a National Account Manager or Executive role, managing QSR accounts and have a broad range of modern customer management experience at head office level.
Alternatively, you may be working as an NAE or NAM in Grocery Multiples and are now looking to broaden your channel experience, within a friendly and highly motivated team.
You love working with data and analysis, building compelling customer lead trading proposals, together with presenting and influencing (selling) to your key customer contacts. The development of existing customer relationships is exceptionally important for this role.
Above all, you are intelligent with a fantastic attitude to ‘look, listen and learn’ and are not afraid to take the lead in your role across all relevant account management activities. You are a highly personable individual who finds it easy to build effective internal and external key stakeholder relationships.
