Here at Field Sales Solutions, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Retail Senior Operations Executive!

In return for joining us as a Retail Senior Operations Executive we can offer you a competitive salary of up to £30,000 p.a. (DOE) + benefits.

Location: This role is based at our head office in Thame Oxfordshire, working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days WFH.

What you will be doing as our Senior Operations Executive?

  • Working closely with Operations Manager, Account Managers & Operations Executives to deliver all administrative tasks for Retail Activities and be able to deliver to targets set.
  • Managing the Tactical Field Recruitment system to ensure all activities are fully booked with required skill set by activity type.
  • To create a strategy for attracting additional field agents to our database and take ownership for improving processes based on results. 
  • Review on going working practices / procedures and systems to recommend cost effective improvements for the department. 
  • Working with BI team to ensure data capture system and BI reporting provides required outputs.
  • Provide effective communication routes between departments, field employees & clients to ensure efficient operation. 
  • Ensure the team delivers a high-quality service to Clients & Client Service on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Undertaking additional tasks where required, and be a positive, all round team member with ideas and suggestions for continuous business improvement.

What are we looking for in our Retail Senior Operations Executive?

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an admin based role.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of database and reporting systems helpful.
  • Experienced multi-tasker.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach
  • Well organised – with the ability to work individually and as part of a team, sometimes under pressure.
  • 1-year's experience in Field Marketing or related business is desirable.
