Corporate / Executive Chef – Chef / Ex-Chef required as trainer and demonstrator.

£30-40,000 Basic, Company Car + Benefits

Our client is a leading producer of a range of food products used by leading corporate / foodservice providers, and with a loyal customer base across the UK. A recent merger has led to the expansion of the workforce including the creation of a brand new position to support the sales force by providing training and kitchen demonstrations to their ever-expanding customer base. We have been briefed to identify and to recruit an outstanding individual to fill the position.

To be considered for this exciting role, you should ideally be currently working as a chef or have worked as a chef at some stage in the past as much of the work involves doing product demos to executive chefs, so you’ll need an ability to talk to chefs in their own language. And whilst not essential, some experience of either doing product demos and/ or staff training would be desirable.

If you don’t have previous experience of delivering training/product demos then that genuinely isn’t an issue. A chef/ex chef with an engaging and confident personality who can communicate effectively to groups of people is what we are looking for here.

To be considered for this exciting position, you will need to be a proactive self-starter, highly disciplined and well-organised with a strong desire to succeed. Career prospects are excellent for the right individuals.

The position is home based so your living location is less important that your ability to train and demonstrate, however there will be a substantial amount of driving, depending of course to a degree on where you live.
