£60k - £70k salary + car allowance & benefits

Are you a commercially astute and passionate Senior Commercial Manager looking to make a difference in a family owned, growing and inclusive dairy business in South West England?

Do you have experience of bringing new product ranges to market, working with co-manufacturing partners and negotiating commercial agreements? If so, this could be the role for you.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they expand and grow into wider food categories. You will be responsible for driving the successful introduction of new products to the market through partnering with co-manufacturing partners. In addition, you will be leading on trade customer engagement and commercial negotiations.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need strong influencing skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills and strong business acumen with a ‘commercial first’ mindset. Experience working with co-manufacturers is highly advantageous.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of between £60k - £70k, car allowance, 7% pension, healthcare, life cover, 25-day holidays plus BHols etc. The position is based at their head office in Somerset with the flexibility to work from home 2–3 days a week.
