The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for the marketing activity pre and post launch in the UK and EU markets.

Description
- Own the digital marketing strategy including the development and maintenance of digital channels
- Develope performance marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversion
- Understand consumer audience and adapt marketing strategy accordingly
- Work closely with the Head of ecommerce for promotional launches to drive retention and conversion across both ecommerce and marketplace
- Manage marketing budget
Profile
- Extensive experience across digital marketing, ideally in a start up environment
- Hands on experience in paid search, programmatic and social media
- Strong understanding of UK/EU market
- Self-starter that loves owning both strategy and delivery
- Consumer tech experience preferred
