Client Details

My client is one of the largest global business conglomerates. With a global presence across multiple industries, they are continually looking to diversify and enter new markets. Their newest venture is a premium coffee brand for the UK market. Established in January 2023, this concept is new, fresh and exciting. My client is now looking for an experienced sales manager to build their presence in the UK

  • Create and execute short, medium and long term sales strategies to deliver growth for the business
  • Develop the entire foodservice channel across HoReCa, leisure & tourism, contracts etc.
  • Actively prospect and win new business nationally
  • Lead negotiations, agree contracts and set pricings
  • Grow existing accounts as the customer base expands
  • Provide clear and regular reports on business performance and market trends
  • Manage distributors and end-users to ensure pull-through of stock
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams for visibility and activation
  • Liaise with supply chain & demand planning to ensure forecasts are accurate
  • Attend trade shows as required

  • Working with National foodservice accounts essential
  • Experience in the coffee industry a bonus
  • Track record of winning new business
  • Must be excited about wearing multiple hats and getting involved in a new project
  • Must have proven experience in negotiating, managing contracts and full P&L responsibility
  • Excellent presentation, reporting and Excel skills
  • Able to be in the London office but also travel nationally
