Managing Director - Horticulture
Fancy running your own business unit? How about that with the potential for an equity stake?

You'll have full autonomy to build a successful horticulture supply business growing a variety of specialised crops. This is a unique opportunity as it will also offer you the support and backing of a wider business that is fully committed to seeing the business succeed.

The tougher or more tedious part of the business integration has already happened - IT systems are set up and talking to the group. Processes have been put in place to manage production and numbers.

This leaves you to come in and see the business grow through building a bigger team, developing sales, and creating additional production capacity and facilities. Sales have started and are moving forward - you'll be able to drive this and make a real impact on the business.

There will be some hurdles to overcome, and you'll need to have good business acumen and be able to create and deliver business strategies.
