This role is a fast track to a Sales Director role or could even start as a Sales Director for the right candidate.

You likely already know what is involved, you'll lead a team to deliver results across a variety of customers and within multiple categories of the horticultural sector.

You'll have free rein to run the team and customers according to your commercial strategy. You'll get autonomy to deliver results, with all the help and guidance you want to have along the way.

This could see you propel your career forward. Obviously, you'll need to deliver results, but that's kind of a given, isn't it

The team will have 4-5 direct reports across commercial, planning and NPD functions. The wider team is made up of a group of passionate horticulturists who support one another to get the job done right.

The business would suit someone who is a team player who can share their knowledge and skills well with others. Clear and concise communication skills will also be a must.

The current customer channels include major grocers, retailers and B2B.
