  • Host regular SEO training workshops/programmes
  • Work on strategic initiatives, such as a website migration: data collection, content protection, retention and retiring decisions, auditing staging websites, developing plans, checklists
  • Develop a strategy for new share price pages, using tech SEO tools to understand mapping, log files, link equity and user behaviour
  • Work with UCD teams to overhaul the mega menu and to develop a plan to help retain SEO benefits, whilst improving the core navigation
  • Establish a technical SEO framework and automation to spot errors and opportunities
  • Attend SEO conferences and feedback learnings to teams
  • Perform competitor gap analysis and comprehensive keyword research to spot new opportunities for growth
  • Develop a cycle of weekly and monthly SEO website audits and reports

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to get senior stakeholders 'bought in'
  • Commercially focused with strong data analysis skills
  • Confident explaining SEO issues and opportunities to all stakeholders' levels with the ability to educate and energise others in relation to the SEO benefits content can bring
  • Confident leading presentations, training programmes
  • Strong website migration experience and track record in successfully migrating websites
  • Experience using technical SEO and automation tools
  • Excellent understanding of meta data, robots.txt, indexation and log files
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and tech SEO and can draw on experience to tell engaging and informative stories
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Brightedge, Screaming Frog, and enterprise SEO tools
