The Senior Researcher will work closely with our Head of Economic Strategy and Research.

You will be pivotal in influencing the future by conducting top-tier research on the local labour market, skills needs, business needs, innovation ecosystem and more. Your analysis will guide decision-makers on where to allocate resources, propelling the growth and prosperity of Berkshire's economy, especially in these transformative times.

Educated to degree level in an appropriate subject
Posses experience of successfully performing in a Researcher role for a minimum of 2 years
Currently working at a Local Enterprise Partnership, or within the Public Sector would be an advantage
Someone who is passionate about what they do
Strong relationship building skills
