The Senior Researcher will work closely with our Head of Economic Strategy and Research.

This role provides you the opportunity to delve into research and insight, to shape the strategic and operational activities of our client. You will be pivotal in influencing the future by conducting top-tier research on the local labour market, skills needs, business needs, innovation ecosystem and more. Your analysis will guide decision-makers on where to allocate resources, propelling the growth and prosperity of Berkshire's economy, especially in these transformative times.

As a Senior Researcher, you'll be the architect of our economic intelligence. Your work will fuel high-quality economic analysis and provide insights to the board and a spectrum of stakeholders - from policymakers to businesses, anchor institutions, and local authorities across Berkshire.

Profile

Educated to degree level in an appropriate subject

Posses experience of successfully performing in a Researcher role for a minimum of 2 years

Currently working at a Local Enterprise Partnership, or within the Public Sector would be an advantage

Someone who is passionate about what they do

Strong relationship building skills

Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally

Job Offer

£32,000 - £37,000, 27 days holiday + plus bank holidays.
