Our client is already a leader in the seed and bulb category however a new range of live shrubs presents a massive opportunity not only to increase turnover into existing accounts but perhaps even more excitingly is the opportunity to open new business with new customers across the whole of the south of England. As the main focus of the work will be opening new business, this is something that you should understand well and with a “new business” story to tell from your current of previous job/s.

To this end we have been briefed to find two outstanding individuals to execute the plan across the south of England initially and we require on candidate based in the south-east and another in the south-west. Expansion into the midlands and the north will take place in the new year however the vacancies in the south are urgent and pressing !

To be considered for one of these exciting roles, you should be from a horticultural background ( a personal interest in gardening would be a bonus but is not essential ) and live anywhere to the south of the M4 corridor ( any point east or west ). You should also be skilled in the new business process ( we are looking for a hunter rather than a farmer although there may be a small portfolio of existing business to manage as well ). And an understanding of either independent garden centres and/ or nurseries would be a distinct advantage.

In return for your hard work and dedication, oy client is prepared to pay a basic salary of between £34,058 to £37,876 plus lucrative commission plus company car. Career prospects are excellent for the right individuals.
