My client are a manufacturer and supplier of premium sofas. A family owned company, established in Belgium in the 1960s, they now sell expansively throughout the EU. Looking to grow their UK business, they're looking for a London area manager. They encourage an autonomous culture, with uncapped commission as a direct percentage of turnover and profit.
Description
- Actively prospect for New Business opportunities within your area
- Re-engage, build relationships and win back business from lapsed accounts
- Manage and grow existing account base within London
- Negotiate listings and promotions within your account base
- Report to the Head of Sales and keep the business updated with performance
- Forecast accurately to ensure availability of stock
- Stay ahead of industry trends
Profile
- Loves prospecting and winning New Business
- First class relationship builder
- Must come from a home furnishings background and have knowledge of the industry
- Track record of opening new accounts and proven success of delivering sales growth
- Self-starter, able to work remotely and autonomously
- Must love being in trade and selling
- Prior experience of selling into wholesale and resellers required
