Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow and develop current business accounts, as well as secure new business contracts.

Description
- Creating strategies to identify new business opportunities including new markets, clients and products, sourcing where necessary.
- Maximise sales from pre-existing customers and projects.
- To Develop, maintain and deliver a comprehensive, coherent, company wide marketing strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate potential Framework and Tender opportunities. If valid, collate appropriate information, documents and samples to place apply/submit tender.
- Possess an understanding of the Company's products, the competition and positioning.
- Initiate contact with new potential customers to arrange meetings and present products.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
- Responsible for nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and developing proposals to address those needs.
- Liaise with our design, estimating and production departments for sales quotes and contracts, ensure that any design is following the clients brief
- Liaise with clients supporting them throughout the design process
- Create and monitor critical paths including deliveries and communicate delays to the customer.
- To identify, arrange and attend client meetings
- Organise and attend shows and exhibitions
- Collaborate with Company Directors and Suppliers to ensure that products meet the needs of customers. Source products to provide a solution to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- To undertake reasonable duties and projects as requested by Company Directors.
- Manage and maintain customer info on CRM system.
