Client Details

My client are a license holder for many well known childrens' brands. Based in the US, they're a global leader in producing licensed textiles. Having entered EMEA 4 years ago, the EMEA operation is very much in it's early, start-up, phase, but growing at a rapid rate. Due to growth, my client is looking to bring in an account executive to help support the account managers with running of the accounts

Description

• Report into the Head of Sales and work closely with the Head of Sales and account managers
• Assist with meeting prep, pitch decks and follow ups
• Help account managers prospect for new business
• Book meetings and take minutes
• Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with prices, promotions and customer details
• Review purchase orders to ensure dates, units, prices are accurate
• Track orders and ensure contracts are fulfilled

Profile

• Experience in similar account executive and/or sales coordinator role
• Understanding of using CRM systems
• Exposure to sales environments and order processing
• Basic Excel skills
• Textile background a bonus but not essential
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Well organised

Job Offer

• £28k-£30k depending on experience
