Description

Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:
  • Leading the formulation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prioritising the expansion of target audiences and product adoption.
  • Evaluating and providing insights on the entire marketing strategy and its execution.
  • Crafting the corporate brand identity in collaboration with the Founders.
  • Supervising creative agencies and their work.
  • Collaborating with senior team members from various departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding approaches.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the marketing team and secure necessary resources.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on all marketing activities, outcomes, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Conducting strategic marketing analysis to inform messaging strategies.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of social media efforts.
  • Conceiving, developing, and implementing marketing plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to stimulate interest and drive sales.


Profile

The ideal Head of Marketing:
  • Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), lead generation, and affiliate marketing practices, techniques, and expected outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing daily team responsibilities and effectively managing larger ad hoc projects.
  • Adept at fostering strong interdepartmental relationships to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic leadership as needed.
  • Competency in using various software packages, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Dot Digital, Mailchimp, Hootsuite andGoogle Business Tools
  • Experience in a consumer marketing role
