Salary: Competitive DOE
Have you got experience working with Fresh Produce or on a Packaging line?
Are you able to Supervise and Coordinate your team to maximise production levels?
If so, then I might have the right role for you

As the Packhouse supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Production manager to achieve daily tasks and ensure production levels are maintained, allowing you to learn essential skills for your development and career progression.
You will have the opportunity to lead a team of operators on a packaging line working for one of the UK's largest vertical farming companies allowing for fantastic future opportunities.
What do you need?
* Need previous experience working within a Packaging or Production line preferably with Fresh Produce.
* A good amount of Supervisor/ Management experience
* A hard-working and flexible approach to your work
* A can-do and proactive way of thinking regarding day-to-day operations.
