An entrepreneurial Retail Customer Manager to penetrate the market further on behalf of a growth challenger SME. To nurture the existing top 6 through national account management excellence, through to identifying and landing new business wins across the multiple retail channels.

An Owner led business with ambition, innovation and investment in taking their business, people and brand positioning to the next level, ready to engage a dedicated Commercial Sales Manager.





Description

Key Account Management
* Manage and develop existing key relationships across multiple retailers / channels
* Developing business plans, managing delivery of plans etc.
* Reporting and analysing key sales data to help increase distribution and
revenue
* Work with current accounts to create relevant and targeted promotions to help
drive sales
* Developing tactical strategies to increase distribution in existing accounts and
maximise promotions


Business Development
* Building and developing relationships with new retailers and wholesalers
* Creating new initiatives to drive sales across all channels - including
independents, online, export etc…

Trade Marketing
* Collaborate with marketing to help bring the brand to life by devising targeted
in-store marketing, including point of sale, creative displays, promotions and
collaborations.
* Work with current accounts to ensure strong shelf positioning and devise
ways to help alleviate compliance issues.



Profile

You'll have a winning desire to work in a successful SME environment where you can play an instrumental role in taking the business, brand and products to the next level through sales delivery.

An ability to nurture existing (top 6 grocers) & identify / land new wins across multiple channels. Brings about results on an operational level, as well as understanding how to build a sales plan.

FMCG / Food experience, strong commercial acumen - understands 'the numbers'

Results driven and desire to succeed and be seen - a self starter who can thrive in a small business that's truly ambitious, innovative and where your voice is heard!
