Salary – 45K-55K (65K OTE) Car allowance, Full company benefits.

The strength of our business has been built on foundations of excellent service levels and although price competitive within the market it is this client focus which has enabled us to develop a loyal customer base within Foodservice.
We are particular adept at servicing restaurants, bar, hotel, leisure, pub and coffee shop chains.
This is an exciting opportunity to inherit and develop an existing team with huge potential for further growth and success.
You will be responsible for managing a field sales team comprising initially of circa 6 ASM level sales professionals, specialising in driving business with independent foodservice end users, and a BDM/KAM level person focusing on multisite business.
Your predominant focus will be to manage, support, coach and develop the team.
However, you will also be directly involved in helping to win major new business alongside the team and potentially manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts alongside managing the team.
We have exciting plans for next year that involve strengthening and growing the sales team, so this provides an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about man management and food service.
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record of Field Sales Management, preferably within the Foodservice sector, with a passion for developing teams
- Candidates must have a proven record of Field Sales Management
- Candidates with a background in Foodservice Field Sales Management will be of strong interest.
- Experience working in a Sales capacity within Foodservice wholesale will also be advantageous.
- Candidate must have a strong, structured approach, and a passion for people management.
