My client, based just outside London, are looking for an online national account manager to join their leading beauty business.

Description

The National Account Manager Online - Premium Beauty:

The main purpose for this exciting role is to manage all current UK pure players as well as looking for and opening new accounts. Working with buyers, retail marketing teams, internal stakeholders and external logistics providers you will work solely on this world renowned luxury premium brand

Responsibilities include:
  • To manage, develop and grow the pure play accounts, including: John Lewis online, Look Fantastic, Escentual, Sephora, Next, Fragrance Direct and a few others
  • Develop plans, KPIs, and objectives to be achieved for each E-commerce partner
  • Define and implement "Go to Market" strategies with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales, digital)
  • Identify new E-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present product proposals to current and prospective E-commerce partners
  • Manage specific sales events thanks to the collection of information from the marketing department to ensure brand visibility and improve sales performance
  • Analyse and interpret the sales results of E-commerce partners to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for business development
  • Working in synergy with the E-commerce function to improve sales performance through media investments to ensure the right level of ROI
  • Working directly with the Brand Digital Dept - strong planning and pro-active skills as well fast paced reactive negotiations required.


Profile

The Successful National Account Manager Online - Premium Beauty:
  • Proven track record working as a National Account Manager in the beauty industry
  • Proven track record managing pure play accounts
  • Versatile professional with excellent commercial acumen and strong functional knowledge of key account management and online retail business and being responsible for the overall P & L and business strategy
  • Demonstrable experience of developing sales strategy and delivering E-commerce revenue growth.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A great team player with excellent interpersonal skills with resilience and adaptability.
  • Highly experienced in E-commerce sales, planning and execution.
  • Strong experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Track record in achieving targets
  • Strong selling skills: Communication, negotiation, and objection handling
  • Strong customer relationship management.


Job Offer

The Successful National Account Manager Online - Premium Beauty:
  • Up to £55,000 per annum basic salary (there may be some flexibility for someone excellent)
  • Other company benefits
  • To commutable to a South East (just outside London) office 1 - 2 times a week.
