Business Account Manager – FMCG Retail

£60,000 – 65,000 + £8k Car + 20% Bonus
Midlands 1-2 days p/wk
Reporting into the Channel Head, you will have full responsibility for creating and future-proofing the road map and drive growth by delivering the customer plan. You will have the autonomy to lead the growth agenda of the customer and develop the strategy in accordance with the overall channel plan whilst conducting regular reviews of business performance and promotion strategies. This is a pivotal and high-profile role in a business that continues to challenge and lead at the forefront of one of the UK’s most exciting categories.
- Solid Grocery experience with strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with experience of delivering brand growth.
- Customer relationship management through selling and negotiation.
- Ability to effectively monitor category performance versus plan and communicate accordingly.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be comfortable with 1-2 days p/wk in their Midlands-based HQ.
