The business are a food ingredients distributor who supply into food, pharmaceutical and other FMCG manufacturers and they are looking for a proven field / territory based business development manager to join their growing sales team. The role will be home based with time spent in the field visiting clients across north England.
There is plenty of existing business and the area has been in growth, we need a driven sales person with tenacity to continue this good work driving new business in existing and new accounts.
• Developing business with existing accounts while also sourcing new opportunities with food/FMCG manufacturers.
• To build effective external relationships, present new product ideas, whilst exceeding sales and margin.
• Establishing strong relationships with customers and being their primary point of contact.
• Must possess field based sales negotiation experience within FMCG or food or repeat purchase consumables.
Basic £35k + car / allowance with OTE £55k++
