Are you passionate about optimising commercial strategy?  Are you someone who can delve into the data and find the answers which will enable you to raise the bar as a business?  This is a Revenue Growth / Commercial Strategy appointment like no other.  This FMCG business will challenge you to meet your goals, step ahead of the competition, and develop better ways of doing things across sales channels, commercialising the brand objective.

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth / Commercial Strategy Manager who has an eagerness to make their mark.  Someone who craves a business which makes decisions quickly and is fleet of foot, yet has the infrastructure that allows them to act with authority.

This is a London based appointment however they promote high levels of flexible working and a culture which fosters growth and collaborative high performance.

As Revenue Growth Manager you will own PPA, Pricing and SKU mix developing a revenue growth management playbook and a rhythm with sales and marketing.  This role requires someone who has managed commercial spend and knows what levers to pull to ensure optimisation.  You will be close to the customer and shopper drawing on expertise to delve into the data, analysing and finding opportunity influencing key stakeholders. 

You will lead the optimisation of the commercial strategy in an environment which encourages everyone to take personal ownership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the commercialisation of brand objectives on a global scale
  • Defining channel strategy
  • Building promotional strategy in line with category objectives and ensuring strategy delivers both margin and volume
  • Defining pricing strategy and SKU mix
  • Supporting sales with JBP development and negotiation
  • Systemising revenue growth management capabilities

The successful candidate will be talented in optimising commercial strategy and already performing in a role which sees you optimising and managing commercial spend, eager to take on the next challenge. 

We’re looking for:

  • A strategically minded FMCG commercial professional who understands both customer and shopper linking through to sales
  • An analytical brain with an inquisitive mind who captivates an audience through story telling
  • A self-starter who is eager and hungry to make a mark
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
