You will report to the Marketing Manager and the focus of this role is operational, helping to deliver the firm's day-to-day marketing activities. However, as you will be part of a small team (alongside another Marketing Executive, our Marketing Manager, and our Business Development Director), you will have the opportunity to gain experience and take ownership of various marketing activities.

My client is a leading company in Legal Services, and more specifically in Intellectual Property. They're located in Bristol and offer hybrid working.


I am looking for a professional Marketing Executive to take ownership of delivering my client's marketing activities to a high standard, while continually looking for ways to improve.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the website, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media activities
  • Drafting marketing content, including social media posts, central emails, and website news
  • Supporting the delivery of events, webinars and marketing campaigns
  • Designing and updating our branded materials, including brochures, bid documents, presentations, website, and social media assets
  • Maintaining project plans for individual marketing initiatives, co-ordinating the communication schedules and follow-up actions
  • Maintaining the CRM database
  • Regularly producing reports on CRM activities and other marketing initiatives
  • Assisting with new starter inductions, including introductions to our CRM system and LinkedIn
  • Co-ordinating the general marketing collateral
  • Any other duties assigned by the BD Director or Marketing Manager


The ideal Marketing Executive will have:
  • Experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally in a services sector
  • Experience in Digital Marketing & campaign management
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Forms
  • (Highly desirable) Experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, WordPress Hubspot, or similar
  • Professionalism and ambition
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage a varied workload
  • The ability to be a team player yet able to work independently
