£50,000 Basic, Lucrative Bonus + Benefits

Our client is already an established leader in the Non Food sector. The majority of the business comes from a regular flow of ( mainly ) inbound calls and although already very successful, the business is very much a reactive business. Even as a reactive business the sales are growing substantially year on year, however there is much more potential that could be achieved by taking a slightly more proactive approach.

We have been briefed to identify and to recruit an accomplished individual to manage the existing telesales team ( plus a small amount of personal business ) and to take that team up to the next level of productivity. We are specifically looking for an individual with at least eighteen months people management, ideally in some kind of sales discipline ( either field sales or telesales ), and somebody who can inspire and lead as well as just manage. And somebody with the imagination to design and implement sales drives, staff sales competitions, incentives, sales promotions etc to both existing and new customers. And of course, somebody with the skill to introduce these ideas to the current telesales team in a positive fashion to ensure their buy in. Also, to be able to provide training and mentorship according to any individual team member’s needs. Whatever you do and however you do it, you will be given the autonomy to implement your own ideas. And above all you must possess a sense of fun, as this is the fuel that drives the team ( but not a pushover you understand ). Skills such as coaching, training, managing, inspiring, leadership will of course all be second nature to you.

In return for your dedication and effort our client is prepared to pay a basic salary of upto £50,000 plus a meaningful bonus to be based on your performance.

To be considered for this exciting role you should be based in either the North-West or West Yorkshire area.
