Senior National Account Manager – Sainsbury, M&S and Waitrose
Based Home / South West England office 2 days / week
Salary c£50-60k (DOE) plus car, strong bonus and package
Our client:

- Now seek to recruit a growth driven Senior National Account Manager to drive the development of their existing Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose customers
The role:
- As Senior National Account Manager you will have full responsibility for Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose
- Where you will develop and implement agreed JBPs and manage both strategic & tactical aspects to ensure the accounts deliver to their full potential across the entire portfolio
- The company objective is to continue to drive brand growth from their current brands and new brand launches; which coupled with regular Retailer branded NPD & EPD projects you’ll work very closely with these foodie retailers
- Working collaboratively and successfully with a wide range of cross-functional teams and people is essential for this role
Ideal candidate:
- You will have strong Grocery sales experience with exceptional commercials
- Ideally you will have branded FMCG background & training along with some experience of Private Label or E2E supply chain considerations
- Ability to demonstrate strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of growing an account
- Strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions
- Understanding and confidence with P&L management and with management of both volume and profit forecasting processes

- This is a home-based role with c2days per week in South West England office with the rest WFH
- Salary range is £50-60k (DOE) with car or allowance, strong bonus opportunity, pension and private medical
