The role:

  • Barista for a fast-paced, high-end operation within a London flagship store
  • The Barista will uphold exceptional standards of coffee service and provide a truly memorable customer experience
  • They will ensure the correct preparation and service of a unique, speciality product
  • Baristas will anticipate customer and store needs and utilise upselling techniques to promote a unique experience
  • They will support the team leader in developing new staff by coaching and training on an ongoing basis
  • The successful Barista will be a team player and maintain effective working relationships whilst helping the rest of the group

 

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Barista experience in a premium, high-volume F&B environment
  • A passion for coffee and customer service
  • Highly developed technical skills in coffee preparation and service
  • Positive attitude
  • Additional European languages would be a real benefit

 

Benefits & details:

  • £27,040k/ 40 hrs p/wk
