Develop and maintain excellent relationships with VIP clientele, whilst being able to take our clients through an exceptional journey, offering them a personal one-to-one personal shopping experience.

Description
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships, whilst managing the end-to-end client relationship process
* Be able to take our clients through an exceptional journey, offering them a personal one-to-one personal shopping experience
* Driving sales through offering a unique approach to customer service, contributing to the store reaching its sales targets * Introducing add-on sales and achieving maximum sales potential in line with individual and team targets
* Ensure the shop display is maintained and executed as per guidelines
* Understand and facilitate all operational functions of the company's POS system
* Attending client appointments, taking notes to ensure all relevant information about their requirements are taken, and following up on any action points
* Be knowledgeable and aware of market trends in luxury watches and accessories.
Profile
* Experience working in luxury or prestige retail environment
* Excellent communicator and ability to build relationships
* Proven sales ability and evidence of driving sales within a store
* Adaptable in their style and a fine appreciation for luxury goods
* Demonstrates own initiative and works well within a small team
* Fluency in English and knowledge of Mandarin or Arabic desirable
