The Advocate Group is working in partnership with a highly innovative, global FMCG organisation and a highly reputable household name across the world. 

Our client is on an exciting journey to triple their turnover by 2025 and having recently been acquired by a blue-chip FMCG business, they are a business going from strength to strength as they make waves in the UK market. 

To support the continued expansion of the UK teams, we are leading the search for a motivated and driven Senior Brand Manager to contribute to the growth ambitions of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the brands within the portfolio perform consistently in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Work with the Global and UK team to manage and execute Brand relaunches and EPD.
  • Own the delivery of all communications, including ATL AND BTL activity to grow market share and increase awareness.
  • Lead brand plans that deliver against the businesses strategic focus and priorities.
    • Work closely with our agencies (Media, Creative and PR) and the Global Marketing team to create/deliver plans and share key learnings.

The person:

  • Experience within the FMCG/Consumer product industry.
  • Extremely passionate with a challenger mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to also work autonomously.
  • Experience within a previous brand management role and the ability to drive the brands in line with company strategy.
