The role: 

  • A National Account Controller to manage retail customers
  • Be fully P&L responsible for JBP, commercial, pricing and promotional strategy
  • Will manage a complex buying relationship across multiple buying points.
  • Takes responsibility for a team of up to 5 reports – NAMs and NAEs
  • The National Account Controller will work closely with cross functional partners, to deliver a ‘Best in Class’ relationship

 

Ideal candidate: 

  • Will be a driven and hungry Senior National Account Manager looking to progress into their first National Account Controller role
  • Will have experience operating at Senior National Account Manager level, managing a small team
  • Be a strong coach and have a passion for people development Is currently managing a strategic customer, preferably in the retail environment but could be wholesale
  • Has an expert understanding of brand led environments
  • Can demonstrate an excellent track record of delivering growth in the grocery retailers
  • Be FMCG trained and have worked with customers at head office/Buyer level
  • Be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a results driven career
  • Be able to communicate clearly and at a senior level
