Senior Marketing Manager
FMCG – Drinks
c.£85,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
London
A major player in the global drinks industry, with a portfolio of premium brands is now looking to identify a first class marketer to join its UK business. With a combination of iconic, disruptor and prestige challenger brands the business continues to enjoy organic growth through strong brand building as well as externally through acquisition.
Working on a key strategic brand, leading a team of 3 Brand Managers, you will be accountable for the 3 year and annual growth strategies, as well as the TTL plans that will recruit new consumers for all drinking occasions. Operating effectively and in close collaboration with Customer Marketing and Commercial teams, you will ensure marketing plays a central role in delivering agreed commercial and brand objectives.
With experience and passion for building brands, expertise across the full marketing mix and exceptional stakeholder skills, you have brand market experience at a local level and currently work within the FMCG space, ideally within the drinks category. You have previously managed direct reports, effectively led cross functional teams and can demonstrate a strong strategic mindset.
