Key Account Development Manager

London and South East

£35-37K (DOE) + bonus + company car

We are partnered with a sleeping giant in the UK dairy industry, who are looking to expand their commercial team through bringing on talented sales professionals who are looking to take the next step in their career.

This is a huge opportunity to get on board with a brand that gives back to the source of their product and is very community-led, despite dominating a huge share of their market across the UK, Europe and around the globe. This role will allow the right person to develop their commercial acumen by managing territory either north or south of London and the London area, ranging in to the South East.

Our client operates mainly in the foodservice and B2B sector, so cultivating relationships and maintaining them over time will be essential for the successful candidate. You will also be looking after an existing portfolio of distributors, so consolidating relationships over time will be essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

-          A great knowledge of the London area, and the desire to consolidate our client’s existing network by building great relationships;

-          The personality of a true salesperson – you will be driven by results, tenacious and proactive;

-          Experience with negotiation, data analysis, and P&L management, alongside an ability to work along an extensive portfolio of products;

-          An excitement to work alongside NPD, and able to take a step-back and understand wider business implications;

-          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and come up with great plans to generate business growth;

-          Confidence in presenting figures to stakeholders and managing invoices;

-          A full, clean UK drivers licence.
