Maidenhead (Hybrid, 2 days office)
A PE backed FMCG drinks business with a portfolio of household brands is embarking on an ambitious growth plan for their Foodservice/OOH channels. Reporting to a recently appointed Marketing Director, the Category Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of the local category marketing strategy.
The span of influence for this opportunity is broad and the category strategy will encompass customer marketing, shopper, brand and innovation. The strategy will be developed based on growth trends, market development, consumer, customer and competitor insights, and aligned to brand guidelines. Initiating and managing product development and innovation you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital and external partners to achieve and activate your channel plans.
An experienced FMCG marketer with an understanding of the OOH channel, you take an innovative approach to channel development, possess a real growth mindset and have proven analytical skills.
