PepsiCo is currently hiring a Site Trainer to join the Lincoln site.

The role is based within the Manufacturing Excellence team with the job holder will be responsible for delivering of engaging, effective and technically competent training packages on a shift.

Job Purpose:

  • Faciliate all required cross functional training for end users across site functions
  • Help in developing and delivering relevant end user training as required by all business functions ( inc Ops, QFS, EHS, Eng )
  • Work with other Trainers to Deliver training plans as detailed within relevant role curriculum and framework including governance and validation of learning
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build and execute training plans for new starters and shift capability plans
  • Work with Shift Leadership Team to communicate and plan training delivery
  • Measure effectiveness of training programmes and escalate any areas of improvement to Specialists and MPE team
  • Provide coaching training and support to Front Line employees
  • Work with Training Team and Capability lead to ensure all relevant training is captured in relevant role curriculums for onward continuity
  • Align shift teams to ensure clear development from induction to validation
  • Ensure timely completion of individual training validation
  • Maintain training records within Benchmax ( Training App) to ensure real-time and accurate skills gaps across the site
  • Deliver training and refresher courses to achieve and maintain <95% compliance to training needs
  • Support shift teams to 'Maintain the Standard' via training and refresher validation
  • Support shifts in performance reviews and closing skills gaps identified by performance metrics
  • Experienced in all aspects of training (assessment, delivery and validation)
  • A good coach and communicator with individuals at all levels
  • Experience in a manufacturing / production environment will be beneficial
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent Team worker and contributor
  • Results driven with good understanding of the link between action & results.
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Excel)
  • Flexible to work on shifts (majority day shifts).
