Senior National Account Manager - Grocery

Our client:

• Is looking to continue developing their future leadership programme with a high profile Grocery SNAM appointment

The role: 

• To take full P&L responsibility for a leading Grocery retailer  
• Take ownership of your own JBP and negotiations in a fast-paced category
• Look after a shopper-centric grocery retailer and be part of an innovative category strategy
• Work within a matrix environment with excellent exposure to the wider business and SLT
• Manage 1 direct report, with indirect responsibility for a customer centric team

Ideal candidate: 

• Be an experienced Grocery NAM/SNAM looking to step up their career
• Have managed large commercial relationships with the top 6 Grocery retailers
• Possess an understanding of own label environments
• Have an excellent track record of delivering successful growth and JBPs with their customer base
• Demonstrates leadership capability, preferably with experience of managing direct and/or indirect reports
• Has a hunger and passion for learning
