The role:

• As Digital Analyst you will provide insights on the transactional website and app to identify insights and trends to optimize performance and the customer experience.
• The Digital Analyst will collaborate with teams across the business using insight to drive action to improve performance
• In the role of Digital Analyst you will analyse and report on ecommerce performance data
• The Digital Analyst will manage end to end analytics data layer implementations for new features in web and app, working with marketing agency and web and app developers

Ideal candidate:

• This Digital Analyst role is ideal for an individual with experience across digital analysis from a B2C ecommerce site ideally with experience gained from UK retailing, leisure or travel sectors  
• Good SQL knowledge or other database applications
• Experience using data visualisation Tools (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI)
• Experience with Web Analytics platforms such as GPC, GA360, GA4 and Google BigQuery
• Knowledge of Google Tagging Manager (GTM), with experience of GTM implementation desirable.
• It is essential to be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
