Commercial Controller - International

Commercial Controller – International

Reporting into the Commercial Director and using your solid international experience, you will lead the global growth strategy whilst building excellent relationships and customer plans that align with their own ambitions. The role will take the lead of an exciting and entrepreneurial international team full of questions and ideas and one that delivers on energy and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have the following criteria: -

- Commercially proven with good leadership skills either at Controller or Sales Lead level
- Experience of brand growth and developing a team of dynamic and driven individuals
- Be inquisitive and curious with new international opportunities
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set who can work under pressure
- Must be cross-culturally aware when working with different regions
- Must have good access to the Berks / Bucks region
- Degree educated
