We've got an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth strategy and plans for our iconic traditional oats portfolio across Quaker and Scotts and our Porridge to go bars. You will be instrumental in setting the future direction of the brand as well as helping to deliver our ambition to accelerate brand growth.

What you will get up to:

  • Develop the growth strategy for the portfolio over 12-24month horizon including situational analysis and identifying opportunities to unlock growth
  • Lead the development, launch and execution of the 12-24month annual commercial plan
  • Develop a best in class renovation and innovation pipeline including packaging and product
  • Champion our sustainability agenda and develop key initiatives for the portfolio that continue to push the brand forward
  • Be a commercial leader, putting in place strong tracking and evaluation and recommend optimisation as well as course correction and attending regular performance meetings.
  • Create best in class, consumer centric marketing campaigns that cut through and drive brand and portfolio relevance
  • Working in collaboration with the execution and sales teams, to land our plans internally and externally with our customers.

What we are looking for:

 

 

 

  • Ideally FMCG marketing experience gained in blue-chip consumer business
  • Strong analytical skills and future thinking mindset with ability to cut through multiple and complex data sources to generate growth
  • Strong new product development experience, from consumer-insight and demand space identification through to concept development, validation, business case development and launch
  • Creative mindset to keep the brand growing
