Navson, an international brand-driven company, operating in a number of sectors is searching for a self-motivated entrepreneurial Sales Manager who ideally has a strong background in FMCG.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Director’s to implement and deliver the sales strategy
- Report to senior management on sales performance - in line with business expectations, KPIs and sales targets
- Manage, lead and motivate the sales team to deliver results
- Ensure that the sales team achieve their own personal targets Implement – where relevant - national business plans
- Build promotional plans with sales team and customers to ensure growth
- Drive a positive and successful sales culture driving best in class practices at all times maintain the very highest customer service approach at all times
- Support the management of social media through the website, twitter, Facebook and Instagram top maximise market position and reputation in the industry
- Liaise with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities
- Negotiate with sales team for product feature and/or display within accounts
Performance Measurements:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's
- Deliver against distribution, volume and other commercial metrics
- Deliver product distribution growth Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity
- Optimisation of the sales team activities (area coverage, client visits, new business targets)
- Ensuring an effective sales journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs
The Ideal Candidate:
- A proven track record in sales
- A passionate and driven salesperson Background in FMCG
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships
- Strong selling & negotiation skills
- Demonstrate solid business acumen
- Competent in using customer data systems
- Comfortably present to all levels
- Show strong organisational and time management skills
- Establish rapport and build relations across all levels
