Global FMCG Business with fantastic Brand and number 1 and 2 Brands within the respective categories that they operate.

Job Description

  • Leading the E-Commerce agenda
  • Deliver annual budgets and mid-term targets within the E-Commerce channel
  • Support and drive the E-commerce strategy:
  • Supporting the Retail and Channel Sales teams
  • Working closely with Major Multiple National Account Managers on the key E-Commerce initiatives for their accounts
  • Develop and own separate relationships with either buyers or retail online managers to drive the E-Commerce agenda
  • Promote Omni channel based thinking within the Sales Team, by managing and evolving the E-Commerce tool kit to upskill and provide visibility and ensuring E-Commerce is part of JBP's and brand plans
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of retailer online strategies, best practices and capabilities for our major customers and use to build bespoke retailer online plans.
  • Supporting the Channel teams, such as Convenience, Discounter and Food Service on exploring E-Commerce opportunities to deliver further E-Commerce growth wider then retail.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong work experience and career progression within an FMCG commercial role ·
  • Must have experience working on at least one top 4 Major Multiple
  • Experience in E-Commerce either gained through delivering online plans within own accounts or through a support role to other account managers
  • Some technical understanding of the digital ecosystem and how search, taxonomy, A+ content affect algorithms across different retailers and technologies

This is a 12 month contract
