Commercial Strategy Manager – Paris

Hybrid 1-2 days per week in Paris
A private equity backed venture with a portfolio of iconic drinks brands and a sales turnover of around £500m across Europe is looking to double in value over the next 5 years. Commercial Strategy sits right at the heart of the business and a new opportunity has been created to support the strategic agenda across the French market. This is a high profile with significant exposure to the senior leadership team.
Reporting to the Strategy Lead – Europe, the Commercial Strategy Manager will manage the NRM strategy across the portfolio. This position controls and influences a wide range of commercial levers to develop plans for business growth, whilst balancing profit & share performance by making appropriate recommendations and managing execution through commercial teams.
Core deliverables in include:
Success will require working with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Shopper / Consumer Insights and Operations as well as with external research and consultancy partners.

- Developing pack, pricing and promotional plans for France that leverage consumer insights to balance internal and retailer KPIs and account for competitor strategies
- Prioritising the commercial spend to ensure that the business invests in the highest potential retail growth spaces and within key shopper segments
- Supporting annual operating and strategic plans
