My client develops and sells Hybrid, Hybrid Advanced, Hybrid Premium and Digital Smart Watches with the latest technology built-in, including personal fitness and wellness tracking, sleep monitoring and sports analytic functions.

Already established across Asia and Europe, my client is near launch in the UK and is looking for an experienced SNAM / Commercial Manager / Country Manager to develop and execute a strategy to become a dominant force in the UK market



Description
  • Launch an innovative range of hybrid watches into the UK & Ireland markets
  • Create and execute a strategy with full P&L responsibility
  • Targeting retailers within the Watch market including Argos/Sainsburys, Curry's, John Lewis etc.
  • Build, develop & nurture relationships with key accounts
  • Creating sales strategies and business plans both immediate and longer-term to maximise sales and profit
  • Track and record all account performance with regular reporting through the business
  • Grow the Sales Team as and when required


Profile
  • New Business hunter mentality to seek and develop new partnerships
  • Passionate about watches and previously worked in this market (will also consider elec/tech/gadget background with the right network of buyer relationships)
  • Experienced selling new product lines into Retailers
  • Already experienced in a SNAM / NAM / Country Manager / Head Of Sales role
  • Comfortable building strategy and managing P&L
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines
  • Have a strong affinity for products and their potential for development
  • Strong negotiator and problem solver
  • Highly driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable both leading and being led
