The role:

  • Coffee Manager for a fast-paced, high-end operation within a luxury London flagship store
  • The Coffee Manager will lead, train and inspire a large team of Baristas
  • They will uphold exceptional standards of coffee service and provide a truly memorable customer experience
  • The Coffee Manager will ensure success through market-leading training with the support of the global Training Centre and Marketing teams, drawing on their outstanding coffee knowledge and passion for coffee
  • The Coffee Manager will have further accountability as the wider Store Duty Manager on a shared rota basis
  • The successful Coffee Manager will drive sales and ensure sales targets are met
  • Responsibility for HACCP standards, stock management, waste management, POS systems management

 

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Management experience in a premium, high-volume F&B environment
  • An unwavering passion for coffee and unrivalled coffee knowledge - product, industry and service techniques
  • Highly developed technical skills in coffee preparation and service
  • You should be able to demonstrate flawless customer service in a luxury environment
  • Positive attitude with the ability to continuously inspire and motivate your team
  • Additional European languages would be a real benefit
