Signature Career Management are partnered with an awesome business that have a product that is a serious GAME CHANGER! Formed by a founder who has gained a great deal of experience within the FMCG industry already, they are projected to double their turnover this year with some big listings coming later this year across multiple channels, with a very recent launch into a top 4 grocer last week! They have some very famous names that are invested in the brand and to add to this, these guys are all about pushing boundaries but in the right way. Their products are Carbon Neutral, Vegan, BPA-Free and all their ingredients are naturally sourced with every product sold helping the conservation of planting new trees and sustainably protecting natural ecosystems!

With their current growth phase, this newly created role is an OOH Account Manager where you will be given full autonomy to go out there and set your own strategy working proactively to gain new listings with existing wholesalers and to go out there and hunt down new areas of growth with new wholesalers as well. You will be working closely with the Sales Director who has gained an incredible amount of experience already within the industry in the OOH channel where he will give you the support you need to flourish in an area where there is so much opportunity and scope, no day will ever be the same.

Role responsibilities:
- Commercially grow existing accounts and hunt down new business within the wholesale channel
- Responsible for the P&L of their own portfolio of accounts
- Identifying key customers and channels to secure new points of distribution
- Support the team on developing an ongoing sales strategy
- Trade shows – exhibit with the team at trade shows
What do we need from you?
- 6-12 months sales experience within the OOH channel
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is enthusiastic, passionate and driven in succeeding in whatever they do
- Think commercially and prioritise opportunities that are best suited for the business
- Engaging personality with a desire to play a key part in their high growth phase
