We have an exciting role for a successful Brand Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team who are at the forefront of this change!

 

 

 

This is an incredibly varied role with a significant opportunity to have a huge impact. You will be granted trust, autonomy, and freedom to deliver results whilst working as part of a highly collaborative team.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be taking ownership of delivering brand awareness, consideration, and conversion by devising, creating, and implementing our brand across every consumer touch point in the UK. Your mission will be to produce and deploy all branded content, covering devices, consumables, and accessories, across all channels. Working closely with our digital and marketing content Leads, you will ensure all are content is approved and aligned with local market guidelines. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own, drive and deliver our branded content across our 360° touchpoints, including: paid media, in store, owned channels, PR, CRM, D2C & online. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving our core brand equity on an always on basis. You will build the local brand and ensure that our brand guidelines are embedded in all our commercial programs, projects and initiatives. You will have 360° responsibilities for UK marketing communications, and as such will lead the relationship with our roster of agencies, as well as our global brand teams. In collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Commercial Planning, you will be responsible for developing and project managing our market brand communication plan. You will also be participating in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing brand and expertise, from idea generation to go-to -market and execution. You will be required to have a detailed understanding of our global approaches and best practices to localize these through trans-creation of messages, toolboxes and other initiatives. To track our performance, you’ll continuously assess and monitor brand and product communication effectiveness to optimize awareness, acquisition, retention and NPS.
