Do you want to work for an exciting plant-based business that operated in a high-growth category?

We are looking for an experienced NAM or SNAM to take responsibility for the Top 4 Grocers, you will work hand in hand with the Business Development team to ensure that the opportunities they are bringing to the table are fully maximised and capitalised on.

The company is in an exciting growth period, with new listings across major retailers and a very strong NPD pipeline. This is a great time to join the business as you will very much be able to shape your own destiny once proving yourself on the Grocery accounts. The business is well-positioned to handle the changing markets due to manufacturing its own products here in the UK.

Ideally, you will be a strong National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager operating within a business that is in the ready meals, soups, FTG or plant-based category and have a solid understanding of the Top 6 UK retailers. You will be comfortable negotiating JBP's with the Top 4 and be able to spot opportunities to maximise shelf space

Requirements;

  • Currently managing Top 4 UK retailers
  • Ideally, have experience with Ready meals, FTG, Soups or plant-based.
  • Ability to confidently negotiate JBP's
  • Demonstratable commercial acumen.
  • Confident in building relationships with Buying stakeholders within Top 4 retailers.
