An exciting time to join the Wholesale team as it is aligned to the overarching strategic ambition of the business to grow share within this channel. The Business Manager on Wholesale & OOH will be instrumental in capturing trading opportunities across your key customers & unlocking new!

The successful applicant will have full accountability for delivering the budgeted commercial trading objectives for Total Bestway Wholesale, delivering against New Business opportunities across OOH and supporting our 3rd party distribution growth plan for RTD. Specifically assisting with the development and implementation of appropriate commercial strategies to drive channel development and growth of our NPD portfolio

You will play a vital role in supporting the SBM with the development of 1-3 year vision and growth strategy for the business unit, and specifically for your customers within.

Externally you will build strong relationships with key strategic partners, developing current as well as new business opportunities.

Supported by the SBM you will drive strategic channel objectives with specific focus on driving distribution and value growth via in store execution, field sales, utilising insight to drive mutual growth.

  • Experience in the UK FMCG market ideally with previous experience in wholesale or OOH
  • High degree of learning agility
  • Strong financial/commercial acumen to drive performance and operate and interpret a P&L
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at multiple levels of an organisation - internally and externally
  • Proven track record of effective working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Adaptive communication style
  • Quick to build relationships and leverage for negotiation or needs
  • Ambitious, driven, able to operate at a fast pace
  • Decision making in ambiguous situations
  • Good understanding of annual planning process internally (integrated business planning) and externally (customer business cycle)
