We are looking for a commercial professional for one of the fastest-growing international FMCG businesses in the UK. This exciting, branded business operates in the health and wellness space and is one of the first of its kind in the UK market.
After an amazing few years, and growing to an 8-figure turnover, it is now looking to expand the team and bring on board a high achieving and hugely ambitious NAM/SNAM, to head up the Wholesale channel, which is a hugely important channel for the business. As well as being a channel lead, there is the potential for this individual to also manage 4 field sales reports, that will be responsible for a London-based OOH territory each and some super exciting and fun experiential activity that comes with that.
You will need to have previous experience dealing with national wholesale accounts such as Compass, Brakes, or Bidfood, for a branded consumer products business, having being P&L responsible. You will also need to be confident and comfortable identifying and developing new business opportunities for the brand within the channel, ensuring the business has the correct portfolio of wholesalers to meet strategic objectives. Previous experience working for a high-growth SME would be hugely advantageous. It also goes without saying that a strong interest in health and wellness is required to work for this brand.
