An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and driven sales professional with a background in new business within the digital marketing and agency world to join my client as their new Business Development Manager driving the new business and sales agenda for the company.

The Business Development Manager will leverage off existing or dormant clients, drive future pipeline of business, convert leads, working both inbound and outbound.

Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Agency


The Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Agency will be:
  • Nurturing and developing exciting new business opportunities from your existing network of contacts and the ones you will be developing in this role
  • Proactively prospecting for new clients - perhaps ones we already have worked with but remain dormant
  • Continue to learn about comparison shopping and online advertising, using your strong b2b sales background and experience to constantly learn more about those potential clients that need us
  • Be selling into board level and surrounding stakeholders, pitching and presenting our USPs


The Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Agency:
  • Highly motivated salesperson looking for a long-term career on online advertising
  • A background in selling to retail and ecommerce companies
  • Self-starter, proactive approach and results orientated
  • Strong focus on quality and customer service
  • Experience in board level SAAS and solutions selling
  • Previous experience in a digital environment, ideally from an agency background
  • Experience within the ecommerce industry
  • High level of communication and organisational skills
  • Able to travel with no issues for meetings with clients and potential customers
  • Remote working is available for the right candidate - the office is in Bournemouth however all locations in the south will be considered

Job Offer

£50,000 to £70,000 depending on experince + quarterly commissions + benefits
